- How do I choose the right size?
- Each product page lists only the sizes we currently have for that piece, from XS to XL. Our cuts are relaxed, so if you are between two sizes, the smaller one usually fits well. Message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we will confirm before you order.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
- Yes, for products where cash on delivery is enabled. Online payment is also available. The options you see at checkout depend on the pieces in your bag.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched in 1–2 working days. Metro cities usually receive delivery in 2–4 working days and other locations in 4–7 working days.
- Do you ship all over India?
- Yes. We deliver to addresses across India. Please enter a complete address with the correct PIN code at checkout.
- How do I wash and care for these fabrics?
- Linen, organic cotton and silk prefer a cold gentle wash with a mild detergent, no bleach, and drying in shade. Linen creases naturally — a light steam or warm iron on the reverse side settles it.
- Can I return or exchange a piece?
- Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact can be exchanged or returned, and anything damaged or incorrect is replaced at our cost. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start.
- Why do pieces sell out and not come back?
- We cut every style in small batches. When a run is finished, it is usually retired rather than restocked, which is what keeps each piece limited.
- Where can I see my past orders?
- Sign in and open the order history page — every order and its status is listed there.
