Returns & exchanges
If the size is wrong
Size exchanges are the most common request and we are happy to help, subject to the replacement size being in stock. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.
If something is damaged or incorrect
Contact us as soon as you open the parcel and send a photo of the piece and the packaging. A damaged, defective or wrong item is replaced or refunded at our cost.
Condition for a return
The piece should be unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been altered, washed or visibly used cannot be taken back.
How to raise a request
Message +91 73571 89656 on WhatsApp with your order number and what you would like — an exchange or a return. We confirm the pickup or drop-off method and take it from there.
Refunds
Once the returned piece reaches us and passes a quick check, an approved refund is processed to your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we collect your bank details over WhatsApp to transfer the amount.
